Having been in the Real Estate industry since 1989, I specialize in marketing luxury estates, single family homes, condominiums/townhomes and apartment buildings in the Los Angeles County area. Representing my clients in their largest investment, i.e. real estate, is an endeavor I not only enjoy, but also take very seriously. Whether my client is purchasing a residential or investment property, complete attention is given to every detail in the transaction. This attention to detail has resulted in consistent repeat and referral business for the last 21 years.

At the initial interview, I determine my client's goals and assist them in achieving successful results whether it be purchasing a larger property, downsizing or assisting with a 1031 tax deferred exchange for their income property.

My education in Business Finance and my marketing background enables my clients to benefit from the strategic target marketing techniques I utilize to get maximum results. I also take various classes to keep up with changes in our real estate industry. I recently earned an e-PRO designation from the National Association of Realtors and earned a membership to the Luxury Institute by participating in a two day course. Additional classes in social media marketing have enabled me to explore different avenues of marketing for my clients.
